We will offer free maintenance or technical service for solar charge controllers during warranty period.Man-made or natural reason(such as transport damage, improper connection, over load or water penetration), that will be beyond the warranty. We can only offer paid service if the controllers are damaged due to the above reasons or not within the warranty period.
